Insurance: the organiser does not accept responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Participants are strongly advised to take out their own arrangements in respect of health and travel insurance.

Passport and visa information: a valid passport and/or identity card is required for all participants. Visa may be required for some countries. For specific information, please contact the nearest Belgian embassy at least six weeks before your departure to Belgium.
