Registration

Kindly collect your conference documents at the registration desk, located on the 1st floor of ICC Ghent, the conference venue. Conference material will not be sent beforehand.

Registration desk opening times:

Monday 28 September:	07:30 – 19:00
Tuesday 29 September:	07:30 – 18:00
Wednesday 30 September:	07:30 – 18:00
Thursday 1 October:	07:30 – 18:00

Poster viewing

All posters will be on display for the duration of the conference in Arteveldeforum (level 0).
Posters need to be set up on Monday 28 September between 16:00-18:00 or on Tuesday 29 September between 08:00-10:00. All posters need to be removed on Thursday 1 October, between 16:00-17:00.

Odd numbered posters will be presented during Poster Session I that takes place on Tuesday 29 September between 15:30 – 18:00. Even numbered posters will be presented during Poster Session II that takes place on Wednesday 30 September between 15:30 – 18:00.

 

Social programme

Receptions:
A welcome reception will be held in the exhibition areas on Monday 28 September from 18:30-20:00. A poster reception will be held in Arteveldeforum on Tuesday 29 and Wednesday 30 September from 15:30-18:00.  Both the welcome reception and poster receptions are open to all registered participants.

Conference dinner:
The conference dinner will take place in Auberge du Pêcheur (St-Martens-Latem) on Wednesday 30 September at 19:30. Shuttle buses will be provided from the ICC Ghent to the dinner venue.  !!! Please note that pre-registration to this event is required for all delegates!!!
If you have not confirmed your attendance, but wish to participate, please contact the MNE 2009 Conference secretariat before 21 September. Dinner is included in the participant fee - students or day participants can purchase a dinner ticket at 95 EUR. Reservations are limited and will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Exhibition

The exhibition is organised in Minneplein and Banketzaal on the 1st floor and will be open on the following days/times:

Monday 28 September:	16:00 – 20:30
Tuesday 29 September:	08:00 – 18:00
Wednesday 30 September:	08:00 – 18:00
Thursday 1 October:	08:00 – 16:00

 

Insurance

The organisers do not accept liability for medical, travel or personal insurance and you are strongly advised to take out your own personal insurance.
