As of now, registrations are only accepted onsite in Ghent.

• Participant registration includes: participation in all sessions on 29 Sep – 30 Sep – 1 Oct / access to the exhibition / receipt of conference materials (including proceedings - sent on CD-ROM in spring 2010) / coffee breaks and lunches / welcome reception on 28 Sep / poster reception on 29 Sep / conference dinner on 30 Sep (if indicated when registering) / 21% VAT.

• Student registration includes: participation in all sessions on 29 Sep – 30 Sep – 1 Oct / access to the exhibition / receipt of conference materials (including proceedings - sent on CD-ROM in spring 2010) / coffee breaks and lunches / welcome reception on 28 Sep / poster reception on 29 Sep / 21% VAT. A proof of the student status is required on registration (copy of student card or signed letter from head of department), otherwise the participant fee will be applied. Conference dinner is not included in student registration, tickets are available for purchase at 95 € per person.

• Day registration includes: participation in all sessions on the indicated day (29 Sep, 30 Sep or 1 Oct) / access to the exhibition on the indicated day / receipt of conference materials (including proceedings - sent on CD-ROM in spring 2010) / coffee breaks and lunch on the indicated day / poster reception on 29 Sep if registered for this day / 21% VAT. Conference dinner is not included in day registration, tickets are available for purchase at 95 € per person.

• Short course registration includes: participation in the selected short course(s) on 28 Sep (1 morning session and/or 1 afternoon session) / receipt of short course materials / coffee breaks and lunch / 21% VAT.  Attendance to the short courses is limited and registrations will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. For students, a proof of the student status is required on registration (copy of student card or signed letter from head of department), otherwise the participant fee will be applied.
  Short course registration is only possible in addition to a participant, student or day registration.

• Conference dinner reservations are limited and will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. The conference dinner is included in participant registration (provided this is indicated when registering) ; it is NOT included in student or day registration, so these participants need to buy a ticket if they wish to attend the dinner.

• Accompanying person registration includes: welcome reception on 28 Sep / poster reception on 29 Sep / conference dinner on 30 Sep / 21% VAT.

Payment

Only payments in Euro (EUR) are accepted.

Registrations on-site can be paid by credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard or Visa) or cash in EUR.

 

Terms and conditions

Cancellations of confirmed registrations are subject to a charge of 100 EUR per participant provided the cancellation is received before 10 August 2009. After this date no refunds will be made. Replacements of confirmed registrations are subject to a charge of 50 EUR per participant.
